Voor een internationale speler met een sterke reputatie binnen zijn sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Assistant. In deze veelzijdige binnendienstfunctie vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en het salesteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers nauwkeurig worden opgevolgd, ondersteunt commerciële collega's bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten en draagt bij aan een vlotte en professionele klantenervaring.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen, uitwerken en aanpassen van offertes op maat van de klant.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z.
  • Controleren van orderbevestigingen en bewaken van een correcte administratieve flow.
  • Ondersteunen van het salesteam bij productgerelateerde en administratieve vragen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Mee waken over een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een professionele dienstverlening en hoge klanttevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een sterke administratieve aanleg en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de Microsoft 365-omgeving.
  • Ervaring in een ondersteunende commerciële of administratieve functie is een troef.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd lopen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's en externe contacten.
  • Je bent leergierig, proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen je takenpakket.
  • Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van een commercieel team en het bieden van een uitstekende service aan klanten.
