Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige traject – van eerste vraag tot levering – en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, correct en professioneel verloopt.

Je combineert commerciële feeling met organisatie en servicegerichtheid.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • klanten begeleidt van offerte tot levering, inclusief administratieve en logistieke opvolging
  • commerciële gesprekken voert en klanten adviseert over producten en toepassingen
  • opportuniteiten detecteert en meedenkt over oplossingen voor klanten
  • zorgt voor een vlotte interne samenwerking tussen buitendienst, aankoop, logistiek en magazijn
  • dossiers nauwkeurig opvolgt zodat leveringen correct en tijdig verlopen
  • duurzame relaties opbouwt met klanten door persoonlijk en professioneel contact

Dankzij jouw aanpak ervaren klantenservice, betrouwbaarheid en betrokkenheid. Intern zorg je ervoor dat customer service, organisatie en logistiek perfect op elkaar aansluiten.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in internal sales, commerciële binnendienst of klantgerichte functies is een sterke troef
