Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medewerker Sales Binnendienst die energie krijgt van klantcontact, commerciële kansen ziet en ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten altijd de beste service ontvangen. Jij bent de schakel tussen onze klanten, de buitendienst en de interne organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Onderhouden van contact met bestaande en potentiële klanten.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Verwerken van orders en bewaken van het verkoopproces.
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten en diensten.
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en actief bijdragen aan omzetgroei.
  • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst met offertes, afspraken en klantinformatie.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van planning, logistiek en administratie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratie in het CRM-systeem.

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie is een pré.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een klantgerichte, commerciële en proactieve instelling.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en kunt goed plannen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pré.
