Aimez-vous apporter de la structure dans un environnement commercial et veiller à ce que rien ne passe entre les mailles du filet ? Nous recherchons un(e) Sales & Business Support Officer qui contribue à assurer un flux commercial fluide ¿ du suivi des leads à la facturation et au support lors des implémentations clients.

Vous réussirez dans ce rôle si les opportunités commerciales sont correctement suivies, que les données CRM sont fiables, que la facturation est effectuée à temps et que vos collègues peuvent compter sur un support structuré.

Votre rôle

En tant que Sales & business support officer, vous êtes la colonne vertébrale opérationnelle de l'équipe commerciale. Vous reportez au Business Development Director et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Customer Success Director, le Performance Director et le management.

Vous apportez structure, suivi, qualité de données et excellence opérationnelle tout au long de l'expérience client. Vous ne vous limitez pas à l'exécution : vous veillez aux processus, relancez vos collègues et contribuez à l'amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités (évolutives selon les besoins)

  • Support sales (priorité) : Garantir la qualité et le suivi des données dans le CRM (opportunités, offres, contrats) ; soutenir les campagnes commerciales et les actions de suivi ; analyser le pipeline ; contribuer au reporting ; participer aux appels d'offres.
  • Support financier & performance : Assurer une facturation correcte et dans les délais ; suivre les paiements et dossiers ouverts ; gérer la validation des factures entrantes ; soutenir les reportings et les KPI financiers ; aider lors des audits si nécessaire.
  • Support customer success team : Soutenir certaines étapes des implémentations clients et assurer le suivi administratif et opérationnel
  • Fonctionnement interne & support management : Gérer les boîtes mail partagées et les flux administratifs ; organiser des événements d'équipe ; contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un profil structuré, orienté action, avec un fort sens de l'ownership et qui tire de l'énergie du suivi et de l'efficacité.

Compétences & expérience :

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en sales support / opérations / administration
  • Bonne compréhension du processus commercial et de l'expérience client
  • Expérience CRM souhaitée (Dynamics est un plus)
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, Word, PowerPoint et M365
  • Expérience en facturation ou suivi financier est un plus
  • Langues : FR/NL (minimum B1), EN est un plus
