Bij Strategica hebben we allemaal een job die kan tellen. Ons team van 45 experten geeft financieel, fiscaal en juridisch advies. We begeleiden onze klanten naar een doordacht financieel plan op maat, afgestemd op hun toekomstverwachtingen.

Onze plannen geven antwoord op heel wat vragen. Kan ik minder belastingen betalen? Hoe kan ik zorgen voor een mooi nalatenschap? Wanneer kan ik zorgeloos met pensioen? Hoe kan ik die mobilhome of dat appartement aan zee kopen? We maken plannen die dromen waarmaken. Plannen die ontzorgen.

Voor onze medewerkers doen we precies hetzelfde: we helpen om hun toekomst vorm te geven. Net zoals bij een financieel plan op maat vraagt een interessante carrière visie, strategie en een sterk plan. En een job bij Strategica, da’s zeker een goed plan.

  • Je ontmoet potentiële klanten en zorgt voor een professionele kennismaking met ons bedrijf.
  • Je detecteert samen met hen de groeipunten op vlak van inkomen, vermogen, pensioen en nalatenschap.
  • Je ziet en creëert kansen, steeds in het belang van de financiële doelstellingen van de prospect in kwestie.
  • Je geeft voordrachten over de pijlers van financiële planning.
  • Je blijft continu op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen in de financiële, fiscale en juridische wetgeving.

Onze ideale kandidaat?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in een economische, fiscale of juridische richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen de financiële of verzekeringssector.
  • Je commerciële drive is niet te stoppen en mensen overtuigen boost je energie.
  • Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en proactief maar waardeert ook samenwerking en begeleiding.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een ambitieuze omgeving waar initiatief wordt aangemoedigd.
