Jobomschrijving

We zoeken GEDREVEN sales consultants

Met jouw persoonlijkheid open je deuren. Je wint vertrouwen bij bedrijven én geeft kandidaten het duwtje dat ze nodig hebben. Sales bij Accent is meer dan targets halen: je helpt mensen aan een job die hen vooruitbrengt én bedrijven aan de collega’s die ze nodig hebben. Impact voor iedereen dus.

Hoe ziet de job eruit?

Je rol is veelzijdig en dynamisch. Dit kan je verwachten:

  • Heldere doelstelling: Jij gelooft in vooruitgang. Je weet dan ook als geen ander om de juiste kandidaten en de juiste jobs samen te brengen. Dat is de kern van je job, mét duidelijke targets die jou iedere dag motiveren. En daar word je uiteraard voor beloond.
  • Kandidaten zoeken en begeleiden: je gaat actief op zoek naar talent via jobboards en onze interne tools. Je belt hen op, luistert naar hun verhaal en nodigt hen uit voor een persoonlijke diepgaande screening op kantoor. Tijdens het gesprek koppel je hun skills, ambities en verwachtingen aan de juiste vacatures. Sterker nog, je belt de bedrijven meteen op om een sollicitatiegesprek vast te leggen voor je kandidaat. Je bereidt hen voor op sollicitatiegesprekken en geeft vertrouwen zodat ze scoren. Jij en je kandidaat gaan samen naar het vastgelegde gesprek bij het bedrijf.
  • De baan op: Je bezoekt per maand minstens 50 bedrijven. Dit kunnen bedrijven zijn die reeds met ons samenwerken, maar je prospecteert op baan ook naar nieuwe bedrijven. Je vertelt wat wij bij Accent doen, wat jouw expertise is en waarom we al meer dan 30 jaar de beste rekruteringspartner in België zijn. Daarnaast ga je ook soms op job tasting. Letterlijk van de job gaan proeven, inderdaad. Jij mag zelf gaan ontdekken wat de jobs van jouw klanten inhouden. Lees: elke avond een goed verhaal om thuis over te vertellen!
  • Afwisseling troef: sommige dagen geniet je van de bruisende energie op kantoor, andere dagen trek je de baan op om nieuwe mensen en bedrijven te ontmoeten. Jij combineert het beste van beide werelden. Je weet iedereen te overtuigen, dankzij je enthousiasme en professionele aanpak.
  • Sales en targets: eenvoudig? Niet altijd. Soms is er tijdsdruk, soms zijn de verwachtingen scherp. Dat vraagt creativiteit, lef en doorzettingsvermogen. Precies daar laat jij het verschil zien: jij houdt van de uitdaging die sales met zich meebrengt.
