Wij zoeken een klantgerichte, commercieel ingestelde persoon die graag in contact staat met bedrijven en kandidaten, en energie haalt uit het leggen van nieuwe contacten. ‎‎ Bij AGO krijg je de vrijheid en het vertrouwen om écht impact te maken en je doelen te behalen. Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten in jouw regio en krijgt de kans om jouw eigen netwerk uit te bouwen. ‎‎ Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Sales Consultant bij AGO ben jij verantwoordelijk voor zowel het vinden van de juiste kandidaten als het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties.
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven de juiste mensen vinden, terwijl je kandidaten helpt hun ideale job te vinden.
  • Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via jobboards en onze eigen tools.
  • Werven en prospecteren van nieuwe klanten om samenwerkingen op te starten en bestaande relaties verder uit te bouwen.
  • Klantenbezoeken plannen om hun personeelsbehoeften in kaart te brengen en hen te voorzien van op maat gemaakte oplossingen.
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces en ze helpen zich goed voor te bereiden op hun gesprekken.
  • Klantdossiers beheren van A tot Z, zodat alles vlot verloopt van eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke plaatsing.
  • Samenwerken met je collega's op kantoor en in de rekruteringsteams om de juiste match te maken.
  • Netwerken en relaties opbouwen met bedrijven in jouw regio om hen de toegevoegde waarde van AGO te laten zien.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en/of hebt al minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de hr- of commerciële sector
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je houdt van bellen, plannen en schakelen
  • Je denkt in kansen en haalt energie uit doelen bereiken
  • Je bent sociaal, spontaan en hebt voeling met de bedrijfswereld
