Als Senior Recruitment & Sales Consultant krijg je mee verantwoordelijkheid over de verdere uitbouw van OXIDA in Oost-Vlaanderen.

Je combineert recruitment, klantenbeheer en business development. Je blijft dus zelf actief recruiter en dicht bij kandidaten en vacatures, maar bouwt tegelijk stap voor stap een sterk netwerk van bedrijven uit binnen jouw regio.

Geen functie waarbij je alleen maar prospectielijsten afbelt. En ook geen recruiter die enkel vacatures krijgt doorgeschoven.

Je beheert het volledige verhaal.

Concreet:

  • Je bouwt actief een klantenportefeuille uit in Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Je detecteert bedrijven waar OXIDA op lange termijn een relevante recruitmentpartner kan worden.
  • Je plant klantbezoeken en voert kwalitatieve intakes met HR, management en zaakvoerders.
  • Je vertaalt hun noden naar concrete recruitmentopdrachten.
  • Je bouwt bestaande klanten verder uit en spot nieuwe opportuniteiten. Je werkt actief met onze Sales Compass en bepaalt waar de grootste commerciële kansen liggen.
  • Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor een aantal vacatures en kandidaten.
  • Je sourcet en benadert sterke profielen via LinkedIn, onze database en je eigen netwerk.
  • Je voert interviews en begeleidt kandidaten van het eerste gesprek tot hun opstart.
  • Je denkt mee over Dedicated Search, Executive Search en andere samenwerkingsvormen.
  • Je volgt jouw resultaten en regio actief op en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer iets beter of sneller kan.

Je:

  • Hebt ervaring binnen recruitment of selectie;
  • Begrijpt hoe je kandidaten vindt, overtuigt en begeleidt;
  • Hebt commerciële feeling en durft nieuwe klanten aanspreken;
  • Krijgt energie van zowel kandidaten als klanten;
  • Bent voldoende ondernemend om zelf opportuniteiten te creëren;
  • Werkt gestructureerd en volgt afspraken consequent op;
  • Bent resultaatgericht zonder de menselijke kant van recruitment te verliezen;
  • Kent Oost-Vlaanderen of wil er echt een sterk professioneel netwerk uitbouwen;
  • Hebt ambitie om op termijn verder door te groeien.
