Voor een groeiende speler in professionele print-, scan- en documentoplossingen zoeken wij een Accountmanager voor de regio Waasland. Deze commerciële uitdaging biedt je de ruimte om een eigen klantenportefeuille en netwerk uit te bouwen binnen een duidelijk afgebakende regio, waarbij je veel autonomie combineert met sterke ondersteuning vanuit een ervaren salesorganisatie. Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar initiatief en commerciële drive zichtbaar worden beloond. Dankzij een intensief onboardingtraject, sales- en productopleidingen en coaching on the job krijg je bovendien alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot een sterke B2B-salesprofessional.

Jobomschrijving

  • Een eigen agenda uitbouwen met ondersteuning van twee interne call agents die mee instaan voor het aanbrengen van kwalitatieve afspraken.
  • Actieve prospectie binnen een afgebakende regio via cold calling, LinkedIn, netwerking en terreinbezoeken.
  • Klantgesprekken voorbereiden door de noden en uitdagingen rond print, scanning en documentbeheer in kaart te brengen.
  • In gesprek gaan met zaakvoerders, aankopers, IT-verantwoordelijken en financiële profielen.
  • Klanten adviseren over technische oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun specifieke werking en behoeften.
  • Offertes uitwerken, voorstellen presenteren en klanten begeleiden richting een succesvolle samenwerking.
  • Onderhandelingen voeren en commerciële opportuniteiten omzetten in concrete deals.
  • Een duurzaam netwerk uitbouwen bij kmo's in het Waasland en bestaande klantenrelaties verder ontwikkelen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met backoffice en technische collega's om klanten ook na de verkoop optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Commerciële activiteiten en opportuniteiten opvolgen via het CRM-systeem.
  • Regelmatig overleg met de Sales Manager en collega's om ervaringen, opportuniteiten en resultaten te bespreken.
  • Ervaring: een eerste commerciële ervaring binnen B2B-sales, prospectie, business development of accountmanagement.
  • Commerciële drive: een sterke huntermentaliteit en energie halen uit prospecteren, onderhandelen en deals sluiten.
  • Communicatieve kracht: vlot in de omgang en comfortabel in gesprekken met zaakvoerders, aankopers en andere professionele gesprekspartners.
  • Technische interesse: affiniteit met technische producten of oplossingen en de motivatie om hierin snel expertise op te bouwen.
  • Talenkennis: een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Zelfstandigheid: initiatief nemen, de eigen agenda efficiënt organiseren en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de regio.
  • Resultaatgerichtheid: commerciële doelstellingen vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten.
  • CRM-ervaring: vertrouwdheid met CRM-systemen vormt een belangrijke troef.
  • Mobiliteit: in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
