Als ervaren Sales Consultant bij Synsel verbind je technisch talent met topwerkgevers. Met twee tot vijf jaar ervaring in sales en een HBO werk- en denkniveau bouw je verder aan je commerciële carrière én aan het werkgeluk van technische specialisten. In een dynamische omgeving beheer je jouw eigen salespipeline, omzet en relaties. Dankzij trainingen, intensieve coaching en persoonlijke begeleiding door een ervaren Sales Trainer ontwikkel je jouw commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden en krijg je de kans om door te groeien binnen Sales. Wat ga je doen?- Je matcht technici met topbedrijven en creëert impactvolle carrières op maat. - Je volgt trainingen en krijgt intensieve coaching om door te groeien in Sales. - Je sluit grote deals van €50.000 tot €150.000 per match en ziet het resultaat direct terug in je inkomen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen salespipeline, omzet en relaties. - Je werkt nauw samen met het Recruitmentteam om de beste technische profielen te vinden.

Functie-eisen:- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt aantoonbare saleservaring van twee tot vijf jaar. - Je wilt impact maken op het werkgeluk van technische specialisten. - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en gedreven om resultaten te behalen. - Je bent leergierig, proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen succes. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
