Een groeiende automotive speler met een duidelijke missie: klanten op een eenvoudige, transparante en persoonlijke manier aan hun ideale wagen helpen. Met een uitgebreid aanbod aan nieuwe en tweedehandswagens is er voor elke klant een passende keuze.

  • Verkoop nieuwe en tweedehandswagens: Je begeleidt klanten bij de aankoop van hun ideale wagen en zorgt voor een professioneel en aangenaam verkoopproces.
  • Advies op maat: Je ontvangt klanten in de showroom, luistert actief naar hun wensen, behoeften en budget en vertaalt deze naar een passend aanbod.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar in verschillende filialen: Je bent de mobiele kracht binnen het salesteam en springt in waar jouw expertise en commerciële talent het meest nodig zijn. Je werkt mee in verschillende Vlaamse vestigingen.
  • Bouwen aan klantenrelaties: Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenbeleving, volgt potentiële klanten actief op en bouwt aan langdurige relaties.
  • Ondersteunen van de dienst naverkoop: Naast verkoop help je waar nodig mee aan de receptie van de dienst naverkoop.
  • Opvolging en administratie: Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van je verkopen, houdt klantendossiers correct bij en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke showroom.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van het behalen van resultaten. Verkopen zit in je bloed en je weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen.
  • Je hebt een passie voor auto's en interesse in de automotive wereld. Je hoeft geen autotechnisch expert te zijn, maar je kent de basis en bent gemotiveerd om je kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk. Je luistert actief naar de klant, stelt de juiste vragen en weet perfect in te spelen op verschillende behoeften en verwachtingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van afwisseling. Verschillende filialen, teams en klanten? Dat geeft jou net energie. Je past je snel aan en voelt je overal gemakkelijk thuis.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig. Je wacht niet af, maar ziet opportuniteiten en gaat er proactief mee aan de slag.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent afgestudeerd en hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur binnen sales, retail of automotive.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om in het weekend te werken.
