Sie unterstützen unser Sales Team dabei, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen, Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig zu stärken sowie Vertriebserfolge aktiv mitzugestalten.

Als Sales Coordinator sind Sie eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen KundInnen,Vertrieb, Reservierung sowie den operativen Hotelteams.

Das angegebene Bruttogehalt 2.263,- EUR (40 Std./Woche) entspricht dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bietet die ARCOTEL Gruppe die Möglichkeit, ein überdurchschnittliches und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt zu erhalten.

IHRE ROLLE

* Aktive Akquise neuer KundInnen

* Betreuung von FirmenkundInnen, Agenturen, VeranstalterInnen, GeschäftspartnerInnen

* Erstellung, Versand, Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Verträgen, Präsentationen

* Organisation sowie Durchführung von KundInnenterminen, Hausführungen

* Koordination von Meetings, Events, Gruppenbuchungen, Firmenveranstaltungen

* Pflege relevanter KundInnendaten, Mitarbeit bei Verkaufsprojekten, Marktanalysen

* Teilnahme an Messen, Networking Events, Kundenevents

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regional Sales Manager, Reservierung, Hotel Sales Teams, operativen Bereichen

* Teilnahme am smartbuddies Sales Development Programm

IHR PROFIL

* Erste Berufserfahrung in Hotellerie, Vertrieb, Eventbereich oder Reservierung

* Freude am aktiven Verkauf sowie am persönlichen Kontakt mit KundInnen

* Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten, Teamgeist

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
