Als Sales & Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille (EU). Je combineert een administratieve en commerciële rol en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen en stalenaanvragen;
  • Het bewaken van productie- en leveringstermijnen en het proactief informeren van klanten;
  • Het beheren van de klantgegevens en masterdata;
  • Het organiseren van transporten en afstemmen met de interne logistieke diensten;
  • Het opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen en administratieve dossiers;
  • Het onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten en het beantwoorden van hun vragen;
  • Het proactief opvolgen van stalen, introduceren van nieuwe collecties en maken van prijsafspraken voor klanten binnen Vlaanderen;
  • Het samenwerken met Sales Managers en interne afdelingen om een optimale klantenservice te garanderen;
  • Het meedenken over procesverbeteringen en het ondersteunen van collega's als back-up voor andere regio's.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met volgend profiel:

  • 🎓 Je beschikt bij voorkeur minimum over een bachelor- of masterdiploma;
  • 💼 Zowel enthousiaste schoolverlaters als kandidaten met een eerste relevante ervaring komen in aanmerking;
  • 🌍 Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van het Spaans is een mooie troef;
  • 💻 Ervaring met een ERP systeem is een pluspunt;
  • ⭐ Je bent communicatief & commercieel ingesteld. Daarnaast ben je proactief, klantgericht en neem je graag initiatief.
