The posting

ALLin1POS ondersteunt klanten bij het nog efficiënter runnen van de horecazaak of food shop. De food markten zijn in volle beweging. Nieuwe collega gezocht voor ons tof team in sterke groei. De afdeling Customer success ondersteunt de klanten bij alle klantgerichte aspecten van de eenvoudig te gebruiken oplossingen.

Als Sales developer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leads via online kanalen en telefoon en je werkt mee en bedenkt innovatieve manieren om nog een betere connectie te maken met de markt.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van inkomende leads via de online kanalen en telefoon;
  • Je beantwoordt accuraat en klantgericht inkomende vragen van leads via mail, telefoon en chat;
  • Geven van effectieve online demo's;
  • Bijhouden van de informatie van leads in CRM lead beheer software;
  • Je volgt pro-actief leads op om hen te adviseren bij eventuele vragen of opportuniteiten;
  • Verkoopkansen laat je niet voorbij gaan als potentiële klanten bellen voor meer info;
  • Je gebruikt de beschikbare innovatieve manieren waaronder AI om nog beter connectie te maken met de potentiele leads;
  • Is alles hierboven op orde? Duik dan samen met ons in de online marketing tools - denk/schrijf mee aan de content!

Je weet dat niet alleen online tools en e-mail maar ook op het juiste moment de telefoon effectief is om je doel te bereiken.

Voor profielen met de juiste ervaring is de opportuniteit aanwezig om door te groeien naar verkoper, online marketeer of operations manager.

Je hebt eerdere commerciële ervaring en/of je bent een positief ingestelde doorzetter. Wij bieden je de opleiding en winning team om je doelen te bereiken!

  • Je communiceert vlot zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je belt graag én werkt graag met online tools en Social Media; Je weet dat niet alleen online tools en e-mail maar ook op het juiste moment de telefoon effectief is om je doel te bereiken.
  • Je hebt eerdere commerciële en/of administratieve ervaring, en je ziet ook dat de wereld naar slimme software oplossingen in combinatie met eenvoudig te gebruiken hardware gaat? Wij bieden je de opleiding en winning team om dit te bereiken! Je hebt een commerciële flair en kan je goed aanpassen aan elk type klant;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en neemt graag deel aan leuke teamactiviteiten en draagt bij tot de leuke groepssfeer;
  • Je hebt een passie voor lekker eten;
  • Idealiter heb je al een ervaring opgedaan in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je bent een doorzetter, stressbestendig, en helpt graag andere mensen

Voor profielen met de juiste ervaring is de opportuniteit aanwezig om door te groeien naar verkoper, online marketeer of operations manager.

Handig gebruik maken van de software tools om zo veel mogelijk te automatiseren is een must, daarnaast kijkt het team uit naar de resultaatgerichte en persoonlijke aanpak van de nieuwe customer success collega.
