Jouw rol Als Sales Development Consultant ben jij de schakel die het salesproces in gang zet. Je benadert potentiële klanten, legt het eerste contact en plant afspraken in voor de Cliënt & Talent Consultants. Tegelijk houd je zicht op onze IT-professionals en de vragen van opdrachtgevers, zodat je actief meedenkt over welke match kan ontstaan. Bewijs je jezelf in deze rol, dan staat de stap naar Business Developer of Client & Talent Consultant voor je open, een aantal van onze collega's in die rollen zijn precies zo begonnen.
