Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en ontwikkelen van nieuwe leads voor toonaangevende IT-klanten. Ervaring is geen vereiste: affiniteit met sales en koude acquisitie is belangrijker. Hoe meer je je erin verdiept, hoe makkelijker je werk wordt. Wat je doet - Je benadert potentiële leads en maakt ze enthousiast voor de diensten van onze klanten. - Je voert goede gesprekken op zakelijk niveau. - Je kwalificeert leads en plant afspraken in voor de accountmanagers. - Je legt korte gespreksverslagen vast in het CRM-systeem. - Je viert successen en deelt uitdagingen, zodat we je kunnen helpen groeien. We begeleiden je naar succes We gooien je niet in het diepe. Je krijgt een uitgebreide interne opleiding en on-the-job begeleiding met 1-op-1 coaching. Onze inhouse-salestechnieken leer je eerst in theorie en daarna in de praktijk. Zo merk je snel hoe je met de juiste aanpak structureel resultaat boekt. Groeipad: van SDR naar Sales Executive Bij ons kun je doorgroeien naar Business Development Representative (BDR) en vervolgens Sales Executive. Zo kom je direct in contact met de klanten waar onze oud-medewerkers naartoe zijn gegroeid. Hybride werken We werken samen op kantoor op dinsdag, woensdag en vrijdag. Tijdens de inwerkperiode werk je fulltime op kantoor; daarna kun je deels hybride werken. Wat je van ons krijgt - Een salaris van € 2.700 tot € 3.000 op basis van fulltime, plus een bonus per gemaakte afspraak of lead. - Een reiskostenvergoeding woon-werkverkeer en thuiswerkvergoeding. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden van SDR naar BDR en Sales Executive. - Constante training en coaching via onze Paddls Academy. - Flexibele starttijden tussen 8.00 en 8.30 uur. - Een toplocatie in Breda, op 3 minuten lopen van het OV.
