Sales Development Representative | Amsterdam | 24-40 uur Werken op het snijvlak van recht, AI en commercie? Legal Mind ontwikkelt een AI-platform voor juridische professionals. Advocaten gebruiken het onder andere voor juridisch onderzoek, dossieranalyse en het opstellen van documenten. De functie Om meer advocatenkantoren kennis te laten maken met Legal Mind zoeken we een Sales Development Representative. Ervaring in sales of een juridische achtergrond is niet vereist. Belangrijker is dat je makkelijk contact maakt, graag leert en niet afhaakt na een paar keer nee. Bellen vormt een groot deel van deze functie. Je bent ongeveer 23 uur per week telefonisch actief en jouw belangrijkste doel is om relevante kennismakingsgesprekken in te plannen. Wat ga je doen? Je benadert Nederlandse advocatenkantoren via telefoon, e-mail en LinkedIn. Prospectlijsten, scripts, bezwaren, mailtemplates en HubSpot zijn al ingericht. Je hoeft dus niet vanaf nul te beginnen. Je houdt je bezig met: telefonisch benaderen van advocatenkantoren; ontdekken waar kansen en behoeften liggen; kennismakingsgesprekken inplannen; prospects opvolgen via mail en LinkedIn; contactmomenten goed vastleggen in HubSpot; samen met sales je aanpak steeds verder verbeteren. Wat is je target? Bij 40 uur is het uiteindelijke target acht gehouden kennismakingsgesprekken per week. Je bouwt daar in de eerste weken rustig naartoe. Niet het aantal calls of omzet telt, maar de kwaliteit en het daadwerkelijk plaatsvinden van de afspraak. Je wordt goed ingewerkt Je krijgt intensieve begeleiding van de Head of Sales, de accountmanager en een externe salescoach. De eerste drie weken voert de accountmanager de kennismakingsgesprekken die jij plant. Jij kijkt mee en leert. Daarna ga je stap voor stap zelf gesprekken voeren.
