We're looking for people with ownership, high standards and a real appetite for building a bank that does things differently. About the role We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who spends the day on the phone with entrepreneurs. Every month hundreds of leads come in: people who have just started a business. You call them and help them complete their sign-up, so their account goes live. Those leads come in through partners like civil-law notaries, bookkeepers and advisors. You'll get your teeth into that side too: calling them or dropping by to sign them up as partners. Something not working? Then you try something else. You'll mostly be in the office, but you'll also join events and visit partners. What we're looking for: - Driven and not easily satisfied: you set high targets and hit them. - You enjoy calling: you see the phone as an opportunity and you're comfortable on it. - A strong communicator who quickly brings people along with your story. - Excellent command of Dutch (native level).
