In deze functie combineer je actief klantcontact met commerciële ondersteuning en help je organisaties binnen de maakindustrie verder in hun oriëntatie op digitalisering en ERP-software. € 3500 Groningen HBO Sales & Marketing Wat ga je doen als Sales Development Specialist? Je verkoopt niet simpelweg een product. Je gaat met bedrijven in gesprek, stelt de juiste vragen en ontdekt waar kansen en behoeften liggen. Je informeert potentiële klanten bijvoorbeeld over relevante events, webinars en seminars en zorgt ervoor dat interessante contacten op het juiste moment worden opgevolgd door consultants en accountmanagers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan voor ongeveer drie dagen per week uit Sales Development en één dag uit commerciële ondersteuning van het salesteam. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Actief benaderen van bestaande en potentiële klanten. - In gesprek gaan met organisaties en achterhalen wat er bij hen speelt. - Signaleren en kwalificeren van commerciële kansen. - Potentiële klanten informeren en adviseren tijdens hun oriëntatie. - Leads opvolgen en nieuwe contactmomenten plannen. - Consultants en accountmanagers ondersteunen bij het opvolgen van commerciële kansen. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en verwerken van offertes. - De markt en potentiële klanten gestructureerd in kaart brengen. - Contactmomenten en klantgegevens zorgvuldig vastleggen in het CRM-systeem. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om je commerciële rol verder uit te bouwen. Wat hebben we jou te bieden?
