Je geeft leiding aan de eigen retail winkels en de B2B salesteams in Nederland en Duitsland, de binnendienst en het externe marketingbureau. Na 1 jaar heb je de teamstructuur en de synergie in de samenwerking tussen de salesteams van Verasol en Sunmaster verbeterd en geoptimaliseerd. Er zijn concrete accountplannen en heldere KPI's op individueel- en teamniveau. In de eigen Verasol winkels is zonweringverkoop ook verankerd d.m.v. training en kennissessies. Daarnaast heb je doorgeselecteerd in het huidige dealerbestand (60) en zijn er een tiental nieuwe dealers aangesloten. Over drie jaar moeten er in totaal 100 dealers zijn. Wat motiveert jou? Ambitie Verasol en Sunmaster zijn toonaangevende producenten van hoogwaardige veranda's, serres, glazen schuifwanden en zonweringsoplossingen zoals knikarmschermen, screens, rolluiken en uitvalschermen. De producten en oplossingen zijn ontworpen als een samenhangend, doordacht totaalsysteem en worden verkocht via eigen winkels en dealers in Nederland en Duitsland. Met deze systemen en kwaliteitsproducten bieden ze consumenten en organisaties een comfortabel buitenleven én een aangenaam binnenklimaat en geven hen zo het hele jaar het gevoel van buiten zijn. Wat Verasol en Sunmaster uniek maakt, is de combinatie van duurzame producten, stijlvol design en maatwerkoplossingen.
