We leveren telefonie-, internet- en security-oplossingen voor groeiende bedrijven die internationaal actief zijn. We zijn onafhankelijk en leveren altijd twee oplossingen voor elk probleem. Met één aanspreekpunt voor alle diensten internationaal, één factuur en één team doen we het gewoon anders en maken we onze klanten blij. Sinds twee jaar maken we deel uit van een internationale groep. Op de voordeur staat een nieuw logo, van binnen zijn we nog steeds dezelfde nuchtere, snelle en pragmatische club uit Ede. Geen politiek, geen dikke rapporten, gewoon doen wat werkt. We houden van actiegerichtheid, duidelijkheid, humor en resultaat. Onze klanten waarderen ons om onze daadkracht en persoonlijke benadering. Dat is de basis waarop we verder bouwen. Onze ambitie is namelijk groot, maar helder: versnelde groei in Nederland én in Duitsland, België en Scandinavië, en het bouwen aan een schaalbare, internationale operatie die onze belofte aan klanten én collega's waarmaakt. Jouw rol Als Sales Director EMEA ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van Momentum in Nederland én de nieuwe Europese markten. Je opent zelf deuren bij grote, strategische klanten én bouwt, coacht en inspireert een salesteam dat diezelfde deuren leert openen. Je bent zichtbaar, besluitvaardig en leidt door voorbeeldgedrag, zowel aan de deal-tafel als in de coaching van je mensen. Je geeft leiding aan het salesteam en werkt nauw samen met Operations, Productmanagement, Finance en Delivery.
