Als Sales & E-commerce coördinator zorg je ervoor dat zowel het platform als de klanten optimaal worden opgevolgd.

In deze rol combineer je e-commerce management, online marketing en commerciële opvolging. Je werkt nauw samen met het internationale team.

Online marketing

  • Opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van online advertenties (Google Ads, social media, …)
  • Analyseren van traffic, conversies en campagnes
  • Signaleren van opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten

Sales & klantopvolging

  • Actief opvolgen van nieuwe inschrijvingen via de website
  • Contact opnemen met nieuwe klanten (telefonisch / mail / online meeting)
  • Samen met de klant hun noden en verwachtingen in kaart brengen
  • Klanten begeleiden in hun zoektocht naar de juiste merken en oplossingen
  • Fungeren als brug tussen klant, platform en intern team

E-commerce & platformbeheer

  • Dagelijks beheren en optimaliseren van het B2B e-commerce platform
  • Coördineren van content, merken, acties en updates
  • Meedenken over e-commerce strategie en groei
  • Dagelijks mee nieuwe producten te importeren en hiervoor de nodige visuals op te maken.
  • Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met e-commerce en B2B
  • Kennis van online advertising (Google Ads, social ads, e-mail, …)
  • Een klantgerichte en commerciële mindset (geen harde sales, wél advies)
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Engels & Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve en georganiseerde werkstijl
