Online marketingOpzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van online advertenties (Google Ads, social media, …)Analyseren van traffic, conversies en campagnesSignaleren van opportuniteiten en verbeterpuntenSales & klantopvolgingActief opvolgen van nieuwe inschrijvingen via de websiteContact opnemen met nieuwe klanten (telefonisch / mail / online meeting)Samen met de klant hun noden en verwachtingen in kaart brengenKlanten begeleiden in hun zoektocht naar de juiste merken en oplossingenFungeren als brug tussen klant, platform en intern teamE-commerce & platformbeheerDagelijks beheren en optimaliseren van het B2B e-commerce platformCoördineren van content, merken, acties en updatesMeedenken over e-commerce strategie en groeiDagelijks mee nieuwe producten te importeren en hiervoor de nodige visuals op te maken.
