Sales Support

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce CRM-Plattform.

* Organisation und Koordination von Sales Events und Vertriebsschulungen.

* Auswertung und Optimierung von KPIs zur Messung der Vertriebseffektivität.

* Identifikation und Umsetzung von Effizienz- und Automatisierungspotenzialen im Vertriebsprozess.

* Erstellung und Kommunikation von Informationsschreiben, Newslettern, Präsentationen

Bid & Proposal Management

* Steuerung des gesamten Ausschreibungsprozesses (RFIs, RFQs und RFPs) bei Großprojekten.

* Koordination der beteiligten Fachbereiche wie Sales, Product Management, Project Management, IT Security, Legal und Compliance.

* Erstellung von technischen und kommerziellen Angebotsunterlagen.

* Aufbau und Standardisierung des Bid & Proposal Management.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technisch-wirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsunterstützung, Organisation oder Projektmanagement

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse

* Kommunikative, einsatzbereite und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit

* Selbständiges u. eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen international

* Starker Teamplayer, der mit anderen Abteilungen/externen Firmen sehr gut kommunizieren kann

* Organisationstalent
