Onze klant Deze organisatie is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van food producten. Naast private lable heeft brengt onze klant ook eigen producten op de markt. Zowel in Nederland als in Europa heeft deze food speler eigen productie locaties waarbij er met ruim 3500 medewerkers zo goed mogelijk ingespeeld wordt op de behoeften van klanten en consumenten maar ook die van haar medewerkers. De cultuur kenmerkt zich als open en informeel waarbij niet alleen de werkplekken super modern zijn maar ook de productieomgeving en bijbehorende machines. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in innovatie, veiligheid en efficiëntie en er wordt gestreefd naar een duurzame toekomst. De functie Als S&OP (sales en operations) teamlead ligt de focus op het creëren van een optimaal en gedragen S&OP plan, het afstemmen van vraag en aanbod binnen de supply chain afdeling én de dagelijkse aansturing van het operationele team (3 S&OP planners). Je draagt bij aan het opbouwen, onderhouden en uitvoeren van het demand plan van en je volgt nauwgezet de afzetontwikkelingen versus het demand plan. Samen met het S&OP team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning van een efficiënte goederenstroom. Als S&OP teamlead bewaak je de voorraadhoogtes zodanig dat leveringen kunnen plaatsvinden conform de overeengekomen servicelevels. Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de manager supply chain. - Opstellen demand plan in samenspraak met collega's van het marketing- en salesteam en het neerzetten van de S&OP structuur - Dagelijkse aansturing van 3 S&OP planners - Analyseren van vraag en aanbod gericht op voorraadniveaus om prognoses te maken en deze te delen met leveranciers om zo de voorraadniveaus te optimaliseren - Inrichten van applicaties en data-analyse tools om processen te optimaliseren en efficiënter in te richten - Het verzorgen van maandelijkse presentaties aan het managementteam en zorgdragen voor verslaglegging en opvolging van actiepunten - Deelnemen aan diverse supply chain ...
