Ben jij een expert in het vertalen van klantspecifieke wensen naar feilloze, twee- en driedimensionale technische ontwerpen? Krijg je energie van duurzame infrastructuurprojecten waarbij precisie, kunststoftechniek en innovatief waterbeheer samenkomen? Voor onze moderne productiesite in Herstal zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Tekenaar die letterlijk en figuurlijk de blauwdrukken uittekent voor onze vloeistofsystemen en prefab-constructies van de toekomst.

Als vaste meerwaarde krijg je:

  • Stabiliteit en impact op grote schaal: Een dragende rol binnen een groeiende en stabiele Belgische topspeler (onderdeel van de Buildmat-groep) waar jouw ontwerpen direct bijdragen aan duurzame oplossingen voor waterbeheer en industriële toepassingen.
  • Technologische en diverse uitdaging: De kans om uitdagende en afwisselende modificatie- en maatwerkprojecten binnen leidingsystemen, HDPE-tanks en kunststofconstructies van A tot Z vorm te geven met geavanceerde 3D-ontwerptools.
  • Ontwikkeling en familiale sfeer: Een dynamisch en collegiaal team waarin korte communicatielijnen centraal staan en waar jouw technische expertise écht gewaardeerd wordt. Je krijgt bovendien alle ruimte en opleidingen om jezelf continu te blijven ontplooien.

Je hoofdtaken zijn:

  • Uitwerken en gedetailleerd uittekenen van 2D- en 3D-ontwerpen voor klantspecifieke HDPE-tanks, leidingsystemen, prefab-componenten en kunststofconstructies.
  • Opstellen van lasplannen, montage-instructies, prefab-tekeningen en bijbehorende technische fiches.
  • Aanpassen, optimaliseren en up-to-date houden van bestaande plannen en de bijbehorende technische documentatie.
  • Samenstellen en opmaken van complete stuklijsten en technische uitvoeringsdossiers ten behoeve van de productie en de werfvoorbereiding.
  • Analyseren en controleren van de technische haalbaarheid en de geometrische nauwkeurigheid van de ontwerpen.
  • Fungeren als cruciale schakel en vlot communiceren met interne teams (projectleiders, productie) én Franstalige klanten en leveranciers.
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning tijdens de offertefase, de projectvoorbereiding en de uiteindelijke uitvoering op de vloer of werf.

Wat breng jij mee:

  • Technisch diploma (TSO/Bachelor denkniveau) of gelijkwaardig door enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Expert in technisch tekenen (2D en/of 3D) en je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met CAD-software zoals AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks of een gelijkaardig pakket.
  • Je hebt een sterke dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin, een analytisch denkvermogen en je werkt steeds nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Interesse in of affiniteit met kunststoftechniek, leidingsystemen, prefab of infrastructuurtoepassingen.
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede operationele kennis van het Frans om vlot te schakelen met onze Franstalige collega's en relaties.
