Takenpakket

  • Prospectie, marktonderzoek, onderhoud klantenportefeuille, opvolging leads... is jouw prioriteit!
  • Schakel tussen europese salesteam, techniek/ projectmanagement: Favoriete contactpersoon en vertrouwenspersoon van de klanten (bezoekje tijdens de eindejaarsperiode, commerciële stunts promoten, ...)
  • Je bouwt vertrouwensrelatie op met zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten (een echt PARTNERSHIP) + helpt de duurzame oplossingen op de kaart te zetten bij grote klanten, aanbestedingen
  • Bij binnenkomt van een prijsvraag ga je in overleg met de calculator die de offerte zal opstarten. Je ondersteunt bij technische vragen en geeft indien nodig extra toelichting aan de verschillende afdelingen
  • Advies op maat
  • Door nauw contact met je klanten en de juiste vragen te stellen, maak je klantdossiers en verkoopdossier op
  • Analyseren van de markt en genereren van nieuwe business (zowel hunting, als opvolging leads en troubleshooting)
  • Je volgt de planning van jouw accounts mee op en gaat proactief communiceren naar de klanten
  • Administratie hoort er natuurlijk ook bij: Verkoop afsluiten, voorbereiding facturatie, offertes opmaken en opvolgen adhv lastenboek + verwerken, contractbeheer, ...
  • Coaching nieuwe collega's/ producttraining
  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • Ervaring/ ruime kennis en passie binnen de energie sector , HVAC, technieken, software, technische systemen
  • Je volgt graag de nieuwe evoluties op de markt
  • Talenknobbel
  • Je bent ongelooflijk stressbestendig
  • Je stelt goede en duidelijke communicatie als prioriteit
