Combineer jij technische kennis met een commerciële ingesteldheid? Als Sales Engineer Automation adviseer je industriële klanten, werk je technische oplossingen uit en bouw je mee aan de verdere groei van een gespecialiseerde automationafdeling.

Wat je doet

  • Je bouwt actief een klantenportefeuille uit binnen de industriële automatisering.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en gaat gericht op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je brengt de technische noden van klanten in kaart en vertaalt die naar haalbare automatiseringsoplossingen.
  • Je werkt offertes uit en begeleidt het commerciële traject van eerste gesprek tot overeenkomst.
  • Je blijft ook na de verkoop betrokken en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun project.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen automation en de markt op om nieuwe commerciële kansen te ontdekken.
  • Je stemt technische en commerciële verwachtingen af met engineers en andere interne collega’s.
  • Je helpt mee de commerciële strategie en verdere ontwikkeling van de automationactiviteiten uit te bouwen.

Wie je bent

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur automatisering.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Automation Engineer of in een vergelijkbare technische functie binnen industriële automatisering.
  • Je begrijpt technische vraagstukken en kunt ze duidelijk vertalen naar een oplossing voor de klant.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en haalt energie uit klanten adviseren en overtuigen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en kunt zelfstandig je agenda en klantenportefeuille beheren.
  • Je werkt graag samen met engineers en leidinggevenden om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Kennis van Frans of Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
