The posting

Als Sales Engineer is geen dag hetzelfde. In de ochtend start je met een gezellige teammeeting. Jullie bespreken hoe je bestaande klanten nog beter kunt helpen en waar nieuwe kansen liggen. Jij denkt mee, neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.

Daarna ben jij degene die klanten te woord staat. Na een duidelijke inwerkperiode en opleidingen ben je klaar om zelfstandig op de baan te gaan bij klanten en zo projectoplossingen op maat te bieden zoals een installatie van elektrische laadinfrastructuur, een tankinstallatie, of een volledige batterijcontainer. Je luistert naar wat de klant nodig heeft en vertaalt de wensen naar slimme en technische oplossingen.

Hiervoor werk je de komende dagen nauw samen met het inside sales team, sales collega’s, en de directe collega’s met technische kennis van zaken in Charge en Fuel. Iedereen helpt elkaar om de beste resultaten te behalen.

Na een heerlijke lunch samen met de collega’s ga je met frisse energie aan de slag met prospectie. Je belt potentiële klanten en legt nieuwe contacten. Dankzij jouw vlotte babbel en commerciële flair weet je vertrouwen te winnen en onze producten en diensten onder de aandacht te brengen.

Aan het einde van de dag kijk je terug op wat je hebt bereikt. Je hebt nieuwe klanten aangetrokken, bestaande klanten verder geholpen en kansen gecreëerd voor een innoverend bedrijf volop in transitie naar duurzame energie. Dat geeft je de drive om de volgende dag er weer in te vliegen.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische of commerciële richting, zoals Elektromechanica, Handelswetenschappen, of Communicatie.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek. Kennis en ervaring in mechanica, hydraulica, electronica, IT kan een troef zijn, maar jouw analytische vermogen, helicopterview en motivatie om samen met je collega’s een totaaloplossing te bieden aan onze klanten, maken het verschil.
  • Je bent vlot in omgang, klantvriendelijk en flexibel.
  • Met jouw B2B-verkoopservaring van enkele jaren, weet je klanten niet alleen te vinden, maar te binden aan ons bedrijf. Je hecht veel waarde aan het opbouwen van langdurige relaties met onze klanten.
  • Je spreekt professioneel Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
