The posting

Als Sales Engineer HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van een klantenportefeuille binnen Vlaanderen. Je fungeert als technisch adviseur en commerciële gesprekspartner voor uiteenlopende stakeholders zoals installateurs, integratoren, studiebureaus, overheidsinstanties en eindklanten. Je combineert technische expertise met commerciële vaardigheden en begeleidt klanten bij het selecteren van de juiste oplossingen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en uitbreiden van de klantenportefeuille binnen Vlaanderen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en technische partners.
  • Adviseren en verkopen van technische oplossingen binnen energiemeting, IoT-sensoren en regeltechniek.
  • Analyseren van lastenboeken en technische dossiers om passende oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke contacten.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vragen en productselecties.
  • Coördineren van commerciële aanvragen en opvolgen van klachten.
  • Samenwerken met interne technische en administratieve teams om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe toepassingen binnen HVAC en gebouwentechnieken.

Must-haves

  • Bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Klimatisatie, Energie, HVAC of een aanverwante technische richting.
  • Ervaring binnen de HVAC-sector of een sterke affiniteit met technische installaties.
  • Sterke commerciële drive gecombineerd met technische interesse.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht kunnen werken.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Leergierige ingesteldheid en interesse in innovatieve technische oplossingen.

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring als Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Consultant of Calculator.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Odoo.
  • Goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
  • Ervaring met energiemeting, gebouwbeheer, regeltechniek of IoT-oplossingen.
