Wir verstärken unser erfolgreiches Team in Wels / AT um erfahrene Sales Engineers im Innendienst, die technische Kompetenz mit Verkaufstalent verbinden. Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit unserem Verkaufsteam innovative Anlagenlösungen, betreuen Kund:innen von der Angebotslegung bis zur Auftragsabwicklung und sorgen für hohe Kund:innenzufriedenheit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* In Abstimmung mit unserem erfahrenen Verkaufsteam entwickeln Sie gemeinsam optimale Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen.

* Als kompetente Ansprechperson begleiten Sie unsere Kund:innen - von der Bearbeitung von Anfragen bis hin zur umfassenden Betreuung.

* Sie erstellen kund:innenorientierte Angebote, verfolgen diese proaktiv nach und steuern den gesamten Prozess von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Auftragsabwicklung.

* Sie übernehmen die professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und tragen durch lösungsorientiertes Handeln zur hohen Kund:innenzufriedenheit bei.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) im Bereich Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau

* Mehrjährige Praxis im Sales Engineering oder Project Engineering, idealerweise mit CAD-Kenntnissen

* Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Präzision

* Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz und ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Teamfähig, Motivation und Eigenständigkeit
