Als Sales Engineer ben jij de technische schakel tussen de organisatie en haar klanten. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met commercieel inzicht om klanten te adviseren over de beste oplossingen voor hun specifieke situatie. Je analyseert klantvraagstukken, vertaalt deze naar technische specificaties en werkt nauw samen met de engineering- en projectafdeling om tot de optimale configuratie te komen. Daarnaast begeleid je het verkooptraject van eerste contact tot en met contractondertekening, waarbij je fungeert als vertrouwd adviseur voor de klant. In deze rol krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot specialist binnen jouw vakgebied. De organisatie biedt uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden, zowel op technisch als commercieel vlak. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een senior functie binnen sales, of je verder specialiseren in projectmanagement of productmanagement. Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om internationale ervaring op te doen door betrokkenheid bij buitenlandse projecten en klantbezoeken wereldwijd. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Adviseren van klanten over technische oplossingen en systeemconfiguraties; - Opstellen van technische offertes en calculaties; - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken en onderhandelingen met prospects en bestaande klanten; - Uitvoeren van locatiebezoeken en technische analyses bij klanten; - Samenwerken met engineering, projectmanagement en service om optimale oplossingen te realiseren; - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties binnen de agrarische sector; - Bijdragen aan productontwikkeling door klantfeedback te vertalen naar verbeteringen.
