Als Sales Engineer ben jij de technisch-commerciële schakel tussen de organisatie en internationale klanten in de olie- en gasindustrie. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met commercieel inzicht om complexe projecten binnen te halen en klantrelaties op te bouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie en projectmanagement om oplossingen op maat te ontwikkelen die perfect aansluiten bij de specifieke eisen van offshore projecten. Jouw technische achtergrond stelt je in staat om op gelijk niveau met engineers en technisch managers van klanten te communiceren, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de commerciële kansen weet te benutten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verkooptraject: van het identificeren van kansen tot het afsluiten van contracten. Dit betekent dat je actief de markt monitort, potentiële klanten benadert en offertes voorbereidt waarbij technische specificaties en commerciële voorwaarden samenkomen. Je presenteert de unieke voordelen van composiet technologie aan beslissers binnen internationale energiebedrijven en weet complexe technische vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete businesscases. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van klantrelaties binnen de internationale olie- en gasindustrie; - Identificeren van commerciële kansen bij offshore projecten en deze actief oppakken; - Voorbereiden van technisch-commerciële offertes en presentaties voor complexe pijpleidingprojecten; - Voeren van technische discussies met engineers en projectmanagers van klanten; - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om klantspecifieke oplossingen te ontwikkelen; - Deelnemen aan internationale vakbeurzen en netwerkevents in de energie-industrie; - Monitoren van marktontwikkelingen en concurrentieactiviteiten; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de commerciële strategie.
