Onze klant is een internationale marktleider in meet- en procestechniek. Ze ontwikkelen en leveren innovatieve oplossingen en diensten voor procesautomatisering in uiteenlopende sectoren, zoals chemie, voeding, energie en waterbehandeling. Binnen België werken ze met een hecht team dat technische expertise combineert met klantgericht advies. De sfeer is professioneel maar familiair, met ruimte om bij te leren en door te groeien.

  • In deze functie bouw je langdurige relaties op met klanten in West-Vlaanderen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor prospectie, technisch advies en projectopvolging, en denkt actief mee over hoe klanten hun procesinstallaties efficiënter, veiliger en duurzamer kunnen maken.
  • Daarbij promoot je het volledige aanbod aan instrumentatie, diensten en oplossingen van het bedrijf en zorg je dat klanten het maximale halen uit hun installaties.
  • Samen met ervaren collega’s werk je aan strategische projecten, introduceer je nieuwe technologieën en breid je je netwerk verder uit. Je schakelt vlot tussen klanten, interne technische teams en productexperten om elke vraag correct en professioneel op te volgen.
  • Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief: je bepaalt mee je verkoopstrategie en prioriteiten binnen de algemene commerciële richtlijnen.
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een master in een technische richting (industrieel ingenieur, bio-ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur,...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Al enkele jaren ervaring als sales engineer. Minder ervaring? Geen probleem - je wordt stap voor stap begeleid door senior collega’s, zodat je snel kunt groeien in de rol.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en zin om klanten technisch te adviseren.
  • Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, met een basis Engels.
  • Zelfstandig, nieuwsgierig en graag in contact met mensen.
