Ben jij commercieel sterk, krijg je energie van prospectie en bouw je graag nieuwe klantenrelaties uit? Dan kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn. Voor een internationale speler binnen de eventsector zoeken we een Sales Executive Events die mee verantwoordelijk wordt voor de commerciële uitbouw van professionele events en beurzen. Je werkt vanuit de regio Gent en krijgt een gevarieerde commerciële rol waarbij prospectie, accountmanagement, netwerking en eventbeleving samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt actief nieuwe klantenrelaties uit en onderhoudt bestaande contacten.
  • Je gaat zelf op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten via prospectie en netwerking.
  • Je begeleidt bedrijven van eerste contact tot deelname en bouwt aan duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen, trends en nieuwe spelers binnen verschillende sectoren op.
  • Je bezoekt relevante beurzen en events om je netwerk en marktkennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je werkt naar duidelijke commerciële doelstellingen rond omzet, klantenportefeuille en groei.
  • Je detecteert mogelijkheden voor up- en cross-selling.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging voor, tijdens en na het event.
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt commerciële dossiers administratief correct op in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit sales, marketing en operations.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma hoger onderwijs.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen B2B sales, business development of accountmanagement.
  • Je houdt van prospectie en krijgt energie van nieuwe klanten overtuigen.
  • Je bent sterk in het uitbouwen van relaties en weet commerciële gesprekken om te zetten in concrete deals.
  • Je bent ondernemend, enthousiast en resultaatgericht.
  • Je kunt vlot schakelen tussen verschillende klanten en sectoren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert even goed binnen een commercieel team.
  • Je volgt je dossiers, commerciële targets en administratie nauwkeurig op.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
