Van groepsreserveringen en kleine vergaderingen tot borrels, meerdaagse congressen en events in onze prachtige zalen op de 11e etage, met een uniek uitzicht over de stad. Je denkt actief mee met opdrachtgevers over de invulling en werkt ieder evenement vervolgens tot in detail uit.Wat ga je doen als Sales Executive bij Inntel Hotels Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject van aanvraag tot definitieve boeking voor Meetings, Events & Groups en zorgt vervolgens voor een vlekkeloze overdracht naar de operatie.Als Sales Executive Meetings, Events & Groups pak jij nieuwe aanvragen op. Je verzorgt een rondleiding en laat de mogelijkheden die het hotel heeft zien. Je denkt mee met de opdrachtgevers over de invulling van het evenement, van een borrel tot aan meerdaagse congressen. Op basis van de wensen maak je daarna een offerte op maat. Met jouw enthousiasme, creatieve invulling en snelle en duidelijke communicatie weet jij de nieuwe opdracht binnen te halen! Is de offerte akkoord, dan werk je het evenement in detail uit zodat de collega's van alle afdelingen van het hotel weten wat er verwacht wordt in de voorbereiding en tijdens het evenement zelf. Dankzij jouw input zorgen zij er voor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. In dit hele traject krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid zodat jij je snel zal ontwikkelen. Daarbij heb je ervaren collega's waar je altijd terecht kan met vragen of voor advies.Dit vind je leuk om te doen:· Ontvangen potentiele gasten voor commerciële afspraken waarbij je ook een rondleiding geeft door het hotel.· Het verzorgen van het offertetraject voorvergaderingen, congressen en evenementen.· Het behandelen en converteren van groepsaanvragen en groepsreserveringen, waarbij je commerciële kansen optimaal benut.· Het tot in detail uitwerken van draaibo
