Om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een (m/v):

SALES & EXPORT MANAGER

Als Sales & Export Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verder uitbouwen van ons internationale klantenbestand. Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten en ontwikkelt actief nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten. Je analyseert klantbehoeften, werkt offertes en prijsvoorstellen uit, onderhandelt commerciële afspraken en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van orders in samenwerking met productie en logistiek.

De verdere uitbouw van onze exportactiviteiten vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie, met een duidelijke focus op de Afrikaanse en industriële markten. Je detecteert groeikansen, ontwikkelt nieuwe afzetmarkten en versterkt onze internationale aanwezigheid. Daarnaast stuur je de logistieke teams aan, waarbij je operationeel richting geeft om een efficiënte samenwerking en optimale klantenservice te garanderen.

Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op internationale vakbeurzen en bezoekt klanten en prospects om relaties te versterken en nieuwe business te genereren. Na een inwerkperiode kan je als lid van de directieraad mee nadenken over de strategische richting van het bedrijf en draag je bij aan beslissingen rond groei, marktontwikkeling en verdere professionalisering. Dankzij jouw commerciële inzicht, leiderschap en ondernemende aanpak speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.

- Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in een internationale of exportgerichte omgeving

- Je bent een relatiebouwer die klantgericht denkt en handelt, en bent bereid om occasioneel klanten en internationale vakbeurzen te bezoeken

- Je hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met logistieke processen en productieplanning, waardoor je vlot de brug slaat tussen klant, sales, logistiek en productie

- Je beschikt over strategisch inzicht en denkt graag mee over de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
