Wir suchen 1 Sales & Export Manager Rumänien - Landwirtschaftliche Ersatzteile & Reifen (w/m/d) Wir versorgen unsere Kund:innen in Österreich, Zentral- und Osteuropa mit Ersatzteilen und Reifen - hochwertig und zukunftsweisend. Unsere Kund:innen wollen langfristige, persönliche Betreuung von Fachleuten, auf die sie zählen können. Weil Vertrauen Kundenbindung schafft, wird Aftersales immer mehr zu Presales. Wir suchen Vertriebskräfte, die dieses Vertrauen aufbauen und erhalten können.

Eintritt: ehestmöglich

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Voll- oder Teilzeit / 30 - 38,5 Std./Woche

Standort: Korneuburg

Aufgabenbereich

* Von unserer Zentrale in Korneuburg aus betreuen Sie bestehende B2B-Kund:innen und Vertriebspartner in der CEE-Region, insbesondere in Rumänien.

* Sie verantworten das Auftragsmanagement - von der Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Auftragsabwicklung - für landwirtschaftliche Ersatzteile und Reifen.

* Sie gewinnen aktiv Neukund:innen und betreuen sowohl diese als auch bestehende Kund:innen telefonisch, online, fallweise vor Ort und auf Messen.

* Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen und sorgen für eine professionelle und lösungsorientierte Kundenbetreuung.

* Sie analysieren und optimieren bestehende Vertriebs- und Exportprozesse und treiben deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran.

* Sie beobachten Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Branchenentwicklungen und leiten daraus Vertriebs- und Wachstumspotenziale ab.

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Studium, HTL, HAK o. Ä.)

* Fließende Rumänischkenntnisse sowie dementsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Technische Grundkenntnisse, idealerweise im landwirtschaftlichen Umfeld

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise auch Erfahrung in SAP

* Motivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative verbunden mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und Stärken in der Kundenakquise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungskraft mit sehr gutem Auftreten

Wir bieten

* Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei EUR 3.200,00 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, 38,5h/Woche). Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
