Ben jij een commercieel talent met sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een passie voor internationale klantenrelaties? Voor een toonaangevende speler in de export van geneesmiddelen binnen Europa zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Inside Sales Professional. Geen typische binnendienstfunctie: naast het onderhouden van klantrelaties krijg je ook de kans om regelmatig de baan op te gaan en internationale vakbeurzen bij te wonen.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële proces: van aankoop tot verkoop, waarbij je continu streeft naar de beste deals en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwt.

Jobomschrijving

Als sales medewerker ben je een cruciale schakel binnen het team en neem je ownership over jouw klantenportefeuille:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van internationale klantenrelaties (voornamelijk binnen Europa)
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen en volumes met als doel maximale commerciële resultaten
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van het volledige exportproces (van aanbod tot levering)
  • Actief verkopen van beschikbare stock aan de beste marktprijs
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen
  • Dagelijks klantencontact via telefoon, mail en Teams
  • Nauwe samenwerking met procurement en customer service
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf op (internationale) beurzen (1 à 2 keer per jaar)
  • Zorg dragen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging (facturatie, leveringen, etc.)
  • Bachelor of masterdiploma
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen sales of een commerciële functie
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en commercieel inzicht
  • Uitstekende talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Affiniteit met de medische of farmaceutische sector is een plus
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en denkt op lange termijn
  • Discreet, flexibel en stressbestendig, zeker bij maandafsluitingen
  • Bereid om sporadisch buiten de klassieke kantooruren te werken (deadlinegedreven omgeving)
