Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, hou je van mensen en krijg je energie van afwisseling? Bij Job Talent zoeken we een Sales & Recruitment Consultant die klanten en vacatures binnenhaalt, kandidaten rekruteert én klanten en kandidaten professioneel begeleidt.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team van HR Consultants. Jouw focus ligt op een combinatie van sales, recruitment en HR. Je bouwt klantenrelaties uit, prospecteert naar nieuwe klanten en zorgt voor een constante instroom van vacatures. Daarnaast help je mee bij de rekrutering en opvolging van kandidaten en ondersteun je klanten en medewerkers bij hun HR-vragen.

Wat ga je doen?

Sales & klantenbeheer

  • Je onderhoudt en bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit.
  • Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe klanten via telefoon, bezoeken en netwerken.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en haalt nieuwe vacatures binnen.
  • Je bezoekt klanten en denkt mee over hun personeelsnoden.
  • Je maakt offertes en volgt commerciële afspraken op.
  • Je bouwt een sterk professioneel netwerk uit in jouw regio.

Recruitment

  • Je zoekt, screent en interviewt kandidaten.
  • Je stelt kandidaten voor aan klanten en volgt het proces verder op.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten tijdens hun tewerkstelling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Consultants om vacatures succesvol in te vullen.

HR & dienstverlening

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en medewerkers rond hun tewerkstelling.
  • Je ondersteunt bij vragen rond sociale wetgeving en de regelgeving binnen de interimsector.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en professionele opvolging van contracten, prestaties en administratie.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten over personeelsnoden en mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als uitzendkrachten.

We zoeken iemand met commerciële drive, verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in mensen én HR.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en overtuigend.
  • Je hebt commerciële flair en durft nieuwe klanten te benaderen.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in recruitment en HR.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je verdiepen in sociale wetgeving en de interimsector.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het leuk om verschillende rollen te combineren.
  • Je werkt graag samen en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Ervaring in sales, recruitment, HR of de interimsector is een plus, maar jouw motivatie en drive zijn minstens even belangrijk.
