Voor een solide verzekerings- en kredietmaatschappij met bijna 100 jaar ervaring zoeken we een Sales-profiel dat relaties bouwt én kansen ziet. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die haar klanten helpt met het opbouwen van vermogen via levensverzekeringen, hypotheken en investeringen in hernieuwbare energie en vastgoed.

Als Sales Life ben je de schakel tussen het bedrijf en haar netwerk van makelaars. Je ondersteunt hen, bouwt nieuwe samenwerkingen uit en zorgt ervoor dat ze blijven groeien.

Wat je doet

  • Je brengt nieuwe makelaars in levensverzekeringen aan
  • Je volgt de verzekeringsmarkt op en detecteert opportuniteiten
  • Je werkt actief samen met het bestaande netwerk van hypotheekmakelaars
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op evenementen en legt er nieuwe contacten
  • Je ondersteunt makelaars in hun werking en organiseert infosessies en opleidingen
  • Je volgt hun prestaties op en denkt mee na over verbetering
  • Je houdt de vinger aan de pols in de markt en brengt inzichten terug naar het team
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar durft ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en houdt van structuur
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel met collega’s als makelaars
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en gaat proactief aan de slag
