De Ranobo Club is een one stop shop voor alles wat te maken heeft met noten, gedroogde vruchten en rijstcrackers met vestigingen in Turnhout, La Roche, Mol en Tienen.

Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een (m/v):

SALES MANAGER

Als Sales Manager neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de organisatie, waarin je leiderschap combineert met strategisch inzicht en betrokkenheid op de werkvloer. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer zes medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal kunnen functioneren en groeien in hun rol. Door jouw coaching en begeleiding creëer je structuur, stimuleer je samenwerking en help je het team mee evolueren.

Daarnaast maak je deel uit van het managementteam en denk je actief mee na over de toekomst van het bedrijf. Je vertaalt de bredere bedrijfsstrategie naar een concrete en doordachte salesaanpak, waarbij je oog hebt voor resultaat, marktontwikkelingen en de noden van klanten.

Naast je strategische en leidinggevende rol blijf je ook voeling houden met de dagelijkse praktijk. Je ondersteunt je team waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld door mee te gaan naar belangrijke onderhandelingen, nieuwe klanten mee op te starten of key accounts te bezoeken. Hoewel dit geen hoofdtaak is, ben je zichtbaar aanwezig en een echte sparringpartner voor je team.

· Heb je een bachelor denkniveau en enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol?

· Ben je een sterke people manager die mensen weet te verbinden én mee krijgt in verandering?

· Volg je marktontwikkelingen actief op en zie je opportuniteiten om de groei van ons bedrijf te ondersteunen?

· Ben je matuur, heb je de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin, neem je initiatief en werk je oplossingsgericht?

· Ben je tweetalig (NL-FR) en spreek je, bij voorkeur, ook Engels?
