The posting

Voor onze klant te Neeroeteren, gespecialiseerd in betonproducten, zijn wij op zoek naar een sales manager.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling en de implementatie van de strategie van degroep in samenwerking met je collega management leden
  • Je stelt het verkoopbudget op, bepaalt moderne sales KPI’s en definieert en controleert het te volgen prijsbeleid in samenwerking met de Sales Director
  • Je motiveert, begeleidt en evalueert het verkoopteam bestaande uit 5 Accountmanagers, 3 Calculatoren (gevestigd in Wieze), 2 Commercieel Bedienden en 1 Commercieel Assistente en neemt zelf de grote key accounts ter harte
  • Je draagt zorg voor een efficiënte informatiestroom, een vlekkeloze administratie en een optimaal debiteurenbeheer
  • Je houdt op regelmatige basis een sales meeting waarin klantenvragen, lopende en hangende projecten, rentabiliteit, sustainability, veiligheid, welzijn, kwaliteit ed. besproken worden
  • Je onderhoudt een netwerk zodat je een duidelijk inzicht krijgt in de markt, de markttrends en opportuniteiten. In dat kader vertegenwoordig je Prefaco en CRH SCB op relevante congressen, recepties en workshops
  • Je reikt continu en pro-actief vernieuwende ideeën aan op vlak van afzetmarkten en producten, waarvan je de haalbaarheid aftoetst met de Operations Manager
  • Je pleegt regelmatig overleg met de andere Sales Manager om duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen te kunnen bieden
  • Je rapporteert aan de Sales Director
  • Ingenieur of master werk- en denkniveau met een bouwkundige of economische achtergrond
  • Succesvolle Sales of Key Account Manager met een netwerk binnen de bouw en bij voorkeur productietechnisch inzicht
  • Gedreven door actie, vernieuwing en resultaten, kritische zin, ondernemend, overtuigd customer intimate
  • Een geboren people manager en teamplayer, enthousiasmerend, iemand die mensen doet groeien
  • Zeer flexibel in het verdelen van de tijd tussen de verschillende vestigingen
  • Klanten/prospecten
  • Duidelijke en overtuigende communicator en dit zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels
