Als Sales Manager Duurzame Energiesystemen bij Kersten Techniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en strategische groei van het team die zich bezig houdt met de warmtetransitie. Je ontwikkelt en realiseert de salesstrategie, weet nieuwe ingangen te vinden bij potentiële partners, bouwt een sterke projectpijplijn op en zet duurzame energieoplossingen succesvol in de markt. Je beweegt je tussen partners zoals projectontwikkelaars, vastgoedeigenaren en energiespecialisten. Je combineert sales leadership met inhoudelijk begrip van collectieve energie- en warmtesystemen en stuurt het commerciële proces aan van lead tot contract binnen de ontwikkelingstrajecten. Jij weet hoe je een businessmodel kunt overbrengen op de opdrachtgevers en snapt wat de consequenties zijn van energietoepassingen op vastgoedportefeuilles. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met de interne teams van sales, engineering en realisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de sales- en acquisitiestrategie - Uitbouwen van de warmte-proposities: actief acquireren van nieuwe partners en projecten - Leiden van commerciële trajecten en onderhandelingen op directieniveau - Aansturen trajecten van offertes, proposities en businesscases - Onderhandelen van contracten - Signaleren van markttrends en deze vertalen naar commerciële kansen - Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie bij netwerkevents en marktpartijen. Wat neem je mee? - Hbo of wo werk- en denkniveau in een technische, commerciële of technische-economische richting - Ruime ervaring en netwerk binnen bouwkundige, vastgoed en/of energie gerelateerde projecten - Ervaring met complexe en langdurige salestrajecten, contractonderhandelingen en besluitvorming - Kennis en ervaring met bijvoorbeeld WKO, de Wet Collectieve Warmte (Wcw) of collectieve energiesystemen is een sterke pré - Je weet hoe je een business case vormge...
