Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, heb je een passie voor de landbouwsector en krijg je energie van klantencontact, strategie én marketing? Heb je bovendien de ambitie om een commercieel team aan te sturen en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van een sterk Belgisch merk? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken. Bij Record Trailers ontwikkelen en produceren we al jarenlang kwalitatieve landbouwtrailers voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Manager die onze commerciële activiteiten verder uitbouwt en onze merknaam nationaal en internationaal versterkt.

Commerciële ontwikkeling

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk klantenbestand in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en onderhandelen van offertes.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van commerciële acties en verkoopstrategieën.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van klantendossiers en verkooporders.
  • Klanten adviseren over ons uitgebreid productgamma.
  • De communicatie tussen verkoop en productie coördineren.
  • Langdurige relaties opbouwen met dealers, distributeurs en eindklanten.
  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe afzetmarkten en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Record Trailers vertegenwoordigen op nationale en internationale beurzen en evenementen.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het commerciële team in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Actief meedenken over de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten op basis van marktbehoeften.

Marketing & Communicatie

  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van de bedrijfswebsite.
  • Productinformatie, nieuwsberichten en nieuwsbrieven actueel houden.
  • Beheren van de sociale media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, ...).
  • Opstellen en plannen van commerciële en promotionele content.
  • Meewerken aan brochures, catalogi, advertenties en ander marketingmateriaal.
  • Coördineren van online marketingcampagnes en bijdragen aan de digitale groei van Record Trailers.
  • Waken over een professionele en consistente huisstijl en communicatie.

- Je hebt een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt resultaatgericht.

- Je hebt een uitgesproken affiniteit met de landbouwsector. Ervaring binnen de landbouwmechanisatie of landbouwmachines is een grote troef.

- Je bent een vlotte communicator en bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op.

- Je beschikt over organisatorisch talent en kan meerdere projecten tegelijk opvolgen.

- Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in een B2B-omgeving.

- Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een pluspunt.

- Je hebt interesse in marketing en digitale communicatie.

- Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt ondernemend.

- Je bent bereid om regelmatig beurzen en klanten in binnen- en buitenland te bezoeken.

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
