Wil je een uniek hotel, dat geopend is in Juni 2020 verder op de kaart zetten? Dan is dit de juiste baan voor jou! We vonden een geweldige pand in de Paleisstraat in Den Haag. Na een intensieve verbouwing is het pand omgetoverd tot een 4-sterren boetiek hotel en voorzien van de Mövenpick Brand. Het hotel heeft 72 slaapkamers, een Coffee & Wine Lounge met Mövenpick producten, restaurant, terras, fitness en drie vergaderruimtes. In juni 2020 is het hotel met een vliegende start geopend en hebben veel gasten en bedrijven ons al weten te vinden. Om er voor te zorgen dat we niet vergeten worden, zoeken we uitbreiding naast onze huidige Sales Manager. Je zal deel uitmaken van het management team en rapporteert aan de General Manager. Verder zal je ondersteuning krijgen van het regionale Sales & Marketing team. Verantwoordelijkheden - Het werven van nieuwe corporate accounts - Het beheren van bestaande accounts en deze zodanig bewerken dat hier de maximaal haalbare omzet uit voort komt - Bezoeken en ontvangen van (potentiële) accounts, geven van informatie over faciliteiten, arrangementen, prijzen e.d. - Bespreken van wensen/eisen en opstellen van kostenbegrotingen, offertes en concept contracten; afsluiten van contracten, maken van definitieve afspraken Opzetten en schrijven van accountplannen en de uitvoer hiervan. - Deelname aan relevante workshops, network evenementen, beurzen en promotionele activiteiten - Mede verantwoordelijk voor het Sales budget - Samenwerken met de andere Sales Manager Wie zoeken wij - Commerciële ervaring in Den Haag met aantoonbare successen in het werven - Hebben van een bestaand netwerk in Den Haag - Netwerken moet i...
