Onze klant is pionier in de ontwikkeling en productie van vul- en sluitmachines. Ondertussen zijn zij uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende speler in de sector.

Vandaag zorgt hun multidisciplinair team van ervaren experts ervoor dat elke machine met ongeëvenaarde kwaliteit wordt vervaardigd om perfect aan uw specifieke behoeften te voldoen.

Als Sales Manager bij onze klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verkoopproces, van prospectie tot orderbevestiging en klantopvolging. Je beheert en ontwikkelt langdurige relaties met klanten, zowel KMO’s als multinationals, die vloeibare producten afvullen. Je vertaalt hun noden naar op maat gemaakte oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat hun machines efficiënt aansluiten bij hun productieprocessen.

  1. Sales & klantbeheer: Actief zoeken naar nieuwe klanten en opportuniteiten binnen de markt. Beheren en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties. Adviseren van klanten over de beste vul- en sluitoplossingen. Opvolgen van het volledige verkooptraject, inclusief offertes en contractbesprekingen.
  2. Marktontwikkeling: Identificeren van trends en klantbehoeften binnen de sector. Meedenken over productverbeteringen op basis van klantfeedback.
  3. Technische en commerciële coördinatie: Nauw samenwerken met engineering en service om klantoplossingen te realiseren. Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het verkoopproces.
  4. Rapportering: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.

Wij zoeken een gedreven salesprofessional met een technische affiniteit en een klantgerichte aanpak.

Jij beschikt over:

  • ‍Opleiding: Minstens een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.‍
  • Ervaring: Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een B2B omgeving, bij voorkeur met machinebouw of industriële installaties.‍
  • Technische kennis: Goede kennis van mechanica en industriële processen.‍
  • Taal: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een sterke plus.‍
  • Competenties: Commercieel gedreven, zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en communicatief sterk.‍
  • Reisbereidheid: Bereid om klanten in binnen- en buitenland te bezoeken.
