Als Sales manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verder opbouwen en uitbreiden van de markt in Brabant. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers, ontwikkelt bestaande relaties verder en ziet voortdurend kansen voor nieuwe opdrachten.

Je wacht niet tot een aanvraag vanzelf binnenkomt. Je pakt de telefoon, legt nieuwe contacten en gebruikt jouw netwerk om deuren te openen. Van koude acquisitie tot een gesprek met een bestaande opdrachtgever: jij weet hoe je commerciële kansen omzet in concrete samenwerkingen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de opdracht. Je verdiept je in de wensen, eisen en bedrijfscultuur van een opdrachtgever. Zo weet je wat er écht nodig is en kun je zorgen voor een goede match met zelfstandige professionals.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

• Actief benaderen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers en creëren van nieuwe commerciële kansen. • Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties in heel Brabant. • Signaleren van kansen en deze omzetten in concrete opdrachten. • Inventariseren van wensen, eisen en de bedrijfscultuur van opdrachtgevers. • Onderhandelen over tarieven, voorwaarden en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten. • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk zakelijk netwerk. • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens afspraken, evenementen en netwerkbijeenkomsten. • Vastleggen van afspraken, contactmomenten en voortgang in het CRM-systeem. • Administratief afronden van samenwerkingen, waaronder contracten en algemene voorwaarden.

Je standplaats is het kantoor op Strijp-S in Eindhoven. Vanuit daar ben je verantwoordelijk voor de markt in heel Brabant.

Functie-eisen: Jij krijgt energie van commercie. Nieuwe contacten leggen, deuren openen en een kans omzetten in een opdracht: daar ga jij voor. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken voor koude acquisitie en staat stevig genoeg in je schoenen om ook stevige onderhandelingen te voeren.
