Voor onze klant, het grootste mobiliteitsbedrijf van de Benelux met 530+ vestigingen in 7 landen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Manager in Hasselt.

Je komt terecht in een sterk familiebedrijf met een uniek one-stop-shopconcept: van onderhoud en verzekeringen tot leasing en financiering – alles onder één dak!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verzorgt de opvolging en begeleiding van een team van 9 verkopers
  • Je organiseert regelmatig meetings om verkoopdossiers, bestellingen en afleveringen te bespreken
  • Je zorgt voor een degelijke presentatie van de showroom
  • Je bent zelf actief betrokken bij de verkoop van nieuwe en tweedehandswagens
  • Je evalueert de verkoopcijfers met het team en stelt actieplannen op om resultaten te verbeteren
  • Dankzij jouw nauwgezette en professionele opvolging creëer je sterke, langdurige klantrelaties en een hoge klantentevredenheid
  • Je neemt een vertegenwoordigende rol op binnen de vestiging en bent samen met het team een aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel in de showroom als tijdens evenementen
  • Je handelt als een ondernemer die waakt over de opvolging van leads en prospecten en het behalen van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve targets nastreeft
  • Zaterdagwerk is voor jou een evidentie
  • Sterk resultaatgericht en je houdt de doelstellingen scherp voor ogen
  • Een geboren People Manager die zijn team weet te inspireren en te motiveren
  • Enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring in de automotive sector is een must!
  • Uitstekend probleemoplossend en analytisch vermogen
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA en je haalt energie uit het helpen en overtuigen van mensen
  • Commerciële mindset en al enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Strategisch inzicht
  • Flexibel en zorgt voor een goed verloop binnen het Sales team
