Samen met een team van experts werk je mee aan uitdagende elektriciteitsprojecten binnen uiteenlopende, boeiende sectoren zoals de nucleaire industrie, overheidsinstellingen en grote industriële omgevingen.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Sales Manager

  • Samen met de zaakvoerder overloop je de binnengekomen aanvragen; jij bent namelijk zijn rechterhand en ondersteunt de commerciële activiteiten van A tot Z.
  • Je transformeer een aantal warme, binnenkomende leads naar concrete projecten.
  • Je duikt in de specifieke noden van de klant, combineert dit met de interne technische expertise en vertaalt het geheel naar een ijzersterke, passende oplossing.
  • Vervolgens stel je een scherpe offerte op.
  • Je volgt je dossiers proactief op, adviseert de klant gedurende het hele proces en zorgt voor een succesvolle afronding.
  • Tussendoor spot je moeiteloos nieuwe opportuniteiten in de markt en bouw je aan duurzame, op vertrouwen gebaseerde relaties met je klanten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en pakt zaken vlot aan, maar blijft ondertussen nauw afgestemd met de bedrijfsleiding.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring in projectgebonden sales of technische investeringsgoederen.
  • Je bent een geboren leider die anderen weet te inspireren en mee te nemen in een verhaal.
  • Je hebt een analytisch-commerciële geest: je ziet cijfers én kansen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een no-nonsense omgeving en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
